Each 30g sachet is packed with 22gm of carbohydrates, with honey’s carbohydrate profile our gels give you the optimum amount of energy needed to fuel your sporting needs with 20-30 minutes of natural energy, promotes hydration and is proven to improve endurance performance.

      Really great taste and no issues with gut.
      The energy release was perfect. I used during a recent triathlon. However there is one issue I’d like to see improved, when you rip the tab the neck where the honey is released is very small and it takes a while to get all the honey out. I’d like to be able to get all the honey out in one quick push of the packet. It was a bit of a faff to get all the honey out.

      Best tasting gel EVER

      I usually avoid gels due to their consistency and taste …but these Hilltop gels are amazing! Very easy to swallow and the taste is so natural, you don’t feel like vomming after! Brilliant hit of energy after aswel.
